Campaign Insights Page Overview
The Campaign Insights page offers a comprehensive view of the entities targeted by focused initiatives (campaigns), such as software updates or system transitions.
Header Information
At the top of the page, you'll find essential information about the campaign:
- Name: The name of the campaign.
- Owner: The primary contact or owner of the campaign.
- Description: A brief overview of the campaign’s purpose and scope.
If you have the necessary permissions, an Edit Campaign button will be visible, allowing you to modify campaign by navigating to the campaign editing page.
Filter Bar
Directly beneath the header is the filter bar, designed to help you refine the displayed data:
- Filters Available: System, Owner, Type, and Lifecycle.
- Usage: Select filters to view specific subsets of entities. For instance, setting the Lifecycle filter to "Production" will include only those entities which have a lifecycle of production.
- Disabled Filters: If the campaign’s filter already limits the view to a specific category, the corresponding filter will be automatically disabled to prevent redundant selections.
Campaign Progress
The campaign progress cards display the following metrics:
- Dates: Shows the start and end dates of the campaign and the number of remaining days.
- Current Status: Shows the percentage of entities passing all campaign checks.
- Historical Status: Shows percentages of entities passing all campaign checks since the start date of the campaign.
Entities Table
A table listing all entities associated with the campaign and showing the percentage of checks each entity passes across the entire campaign.
