Overview
What is it?
Search lets you find the right information you are looking for in the Software ecosystem.
With Portal, Search is enabled for you out of the box, and as you enable more plugins through the Setup GUide, more content will be indexed by the search engine.
By default, all indexing processes will be ran on a schedule, which is set to every 10 minutes. If you want to change the default schedule, you can do so in Config Manager under the Search plugin.
Troubleshooting
If the Search page returns an error regarding a missing index, it could mean that the indexing processes have not yet indexed any content (e.g. entities in the Software Catalog). This issue should resolve itself once more content is added to Portal.
