Meet Fleetshift. Orchestrate code changes at scale.
We integrated our background coding agent (aka Honk) into our Fleet Management tools so you can easily make code changes to thousands of repos at once. Try it now in Spotify Portal.
Make even complex software migrations simple and routine.
Patching a security vulnerability in a dependency? Bumping your websites to the latest version of React? Moving your backend services to a new framework?

Whether you’re updating twenty components or two thousand, Fleetshift enables you to use Spotify Portal to quickly and reliably do everything from small fixes to complex software migrations across your org.
Fast setup with no coding required.

How the Fleetshift plugin works

Fleetshift gives you three ways to kick off fleet-wide code changes — from a Soundcheck campaign, from an individual catalog entity page, or directly in the Fleetshift plugin. Pick your targets, choose a deterministic or agentic fix, and Fleetshift opens pull requests across every repo at once.
Choose which components to update
01
Start from a Soundcheck campaign to target every service failing a specific check, drill into a single service's Soundcheck tab in the catalog, or go straight to the Fleetshift plugin and select repos manually. However you get there, Fleetshift scopes the change to exactly the services that need it.
Choose how you want to update them
02
For well-defined changes — like adopting a Terraform module or adding a config file — use a deterministic shift that applies the same fix everywhere, no AI required. For complex migrations like converting JavaScript to TypeScript, switch to agentic mode and let Honk reason about each codebase individually to generate tailored changes.
Automatically generate the pull requests
03
Fleetshift opens pull requests across your entire fleet in one operation. Track every PR from a single dashboard — see which are open, merged, or closed. As PRs land, your Soundcheck compliance scores update automatically, giving you real-time visibility into migration progress.
